Jing allows users to share information that they would see on their computer. They can record processes that would be done on the computer so that viewers can follow along and understand due audio and visual cues. Users can capture a screen and type comments for any purpose. Jing can be shared as an HTML so anyone can have access to it.

Voki

Voki allows users to record their voice or even have text read by the computer to allow thoughts to be shared instantly with anyone who has internet access. Sharing can be performed by HTML so that people can open the Voki regardless of the operating system that they are using. Voki users can also customize their voki by using pictures and backgrounds that they choose as well as supplying default “avatars” and backgrounds.

Blogs are great for interactive communication between anybody (public or private). Users can insert tools, PowerPoint’s, videos, and many other applications to make their blog as interactive as they want. People can leave feedback that can be accessed by any users depending on the settings. Blogs are user friendly due to the fact that they are web page oriented and easy to navigate.

I want to push everyone to think about not only the features but also how these features can facilitate in the educational context (for example, blog can be used as an e-Portfolio for teachers and students to tract learning progress, establishing learning community, and sharing ideas with real audience, and so on...). :)
