I love how you incorporate voki into your math lesson. I think it will be a wonderful new literacy practice to help students translate verbal expressions into algebraic expressions. This would be a great project for keystone assignment. You could co-teach (or coaching) with the teacher to try this out. I would love to see the assessment rubric for this new literacy practice and the content learning outcomes (Write expressions that record operations with numbers and with letter standing for numbers. ).
